Everyone deserves access to healing and connection. That’s why we created a trusted space to easily find the right practitioners and resources for your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
We don’t believe people are broken – we just know how exhausting it can be to find the right help when you already feel overwhelmed.
Born out of real conversations with thousands of people who struggled to find practitioners they trusted, The Wellbeing Directory takes the guesswork out of finding the support you need.
Whether you are looking for a therapist, a life coach, or a holistic treatment, every professional listed here has been chosen because they share our core belief: that with the right space, tools, and understanding, your natural resilience will return
Meet our founder, Helen
Helen Ranson is a Cheshire based psychotherapist, coach and author with over 25 years’ experience supporting people through anxiety, trauma, sleep difficulties and major life transitions.
Using her wealth of experience, Helen founded The Busy Women Club – an online community of more than 15,000 people talking openly about sleep, anxiety, menopause, burnout and everything in between.
As those conversations grew, the same problem kept surfacing. People couldn’t seem to find practitioners they trusted. And brilliant practitioners couldn’t get seen. With this in mind, the Wellbeing Directory was born.
Founded by renowned therapist Simone Quin-Dixon, OM Tarporley at Sanare Spa offers a beautiful escape for holistic face, body, and wellness treatments. If you are looking to melt away stress and restore your balance, Simone’s bespoke therapies will leave you feeling completely refreshed, radiant, and renewed.
The Busy Women Club has become a free, safe and supportive space for information and advice on all things wellbeing, good ageing and self-care. We regularly host expert therapists dealing with the menopause, sleep issues, diet, nutrition, movement, pain management and many more wellbeing concerns to support living and ageing well.
