My Journey Through Early Menopause: Finding Balance and Boost

An early menopause started for me back in 2007 when I was just 37. I remember bursting into tears at work—sometimes over the smallest things. Whether someone was being nice or not, it felt like I had no control over my emotions.

One day, I was called into my Directors office. She asked “What’s wrong with you? You’re making so many stupid mistakes.” It was so embarrassing.
