Sole Mamma Reflexology

I’m Kath and my intention is always to help you to “Align with your Heart” where you may access profound relaxation and the deep place of stillness within. In doing so you may tap into to your inner wisdom, gain clarity of thought and achieve more balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
My background was nursing/midwifery before embracing reflexology over 17 years ago and reiki in more recent years, attaining 3A Master Practitioner. I provide professional and holistic “find your bliss” treatments including reflexology, reiki, acupressure facial therapy in my relaxing clinic space in Holmes Chapel. I love being out in nature and I absolutely love what I do!
Services also include facilitating small groups with a focus on self care and meditation.
Additionally, in collaboration with the Angels of Light Children’s Foundation I use mindfulness education for children to thrive in todays often stressful world. Get in touch to arrange a school/children’s group visit.
