Sound Bath for Mental Health

Free event for anyone to attend. Children over 10 years old also welcome to join in. Reffley Community Hall at 2pm – 4pm with tea/coffee afterwards and time for a chat! Donations welcome to cover the cost of the hall, tea and coffees, but no obligation.
