Journey To Space – Decluttering service (based in Tarporley, Cheshire, but covering lots of Cheshire, North Wales and Shropshire)

My name is Faye and for as long as I can remember I have enjoyed helping others get their space in order – I recall helping childhood friends tidy their bedrooms, finding joy in doing so while they complained(!), I would be the child organising the bookshelves and toyboxes at school, and now I love helping adult friends, whether it’s overhaul their wardrobes or prepare for a house move.
I’ve seen loved ones become completely overwhelmed by their possessions, or feel like they are drowning in clutter, and I saw this was having a huge impact on their wellbeing – decluttering and organising wasn’t just something I enjoyed and seemed drawn to; I realised I could offer this service for others! Decluttering and professional organising is becoming more widely recognised now with the help of TV makeover shows, e.g. Sort Your Life Out or Tidying with Marie Kondo, but lots of people don’t realise they don’t need to live with the chaos of the clutter – help is just a call or email away! Our busy lifestyles can sometimes feel like we barely have time for ourselves, let alone organising our clothes, filing our paperwork or clearing out that cupboard you can’t actually shut the door to… that’s where I come in! I can help you declutter, organise, and love your space again – and I’ll do so with a huge grin on my face!!

A bit about me – I live in Tarporley, Cheshire, with my wonderful but chronically messy husband(!), a pug called JJ and a hairless cat called Obi. As well as organising spaces, I love dog walking, line dancing and eating out, and I hate snow and cooking! I also work part time on a beautiful family dairy farm, and foster pugs for charity. I’ve worked in admin, retail, and even as a zoo keeper, but when I realised my lifelong passion for orderly spaces and the benefits of a calm, peaceful environment, I decided to create Journey To Space!
