I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment where everybody can achieve their goals. I integrate simple, safe, and scientifically proven exercise techniques, to help clients learn and grow.
As a fully qualified and insured, DBSd, cimspa registered personal trainer, my role is to provide you with ways to lead a healthier and less stressed lifestyle; to help you make better choices and understand why you need to make them; and build positive habits. I offer a range of services which can do that.
In today’s incredibly bustling world, and with the amount of technology trying to rule us, it’s more important than ever that we take time to look after ourselves and stay healthy. Everything these days adds stress to our lives, whether we realise it or not. By living a healthier lifestyle, you can be the best possible version of you and feel that you can fulfil your potential.
My background is one of gymnastics, in which I competed, then coached. The transfer across to fitness and personal training seemed logical. I spent ten years teaching all kinds of fitness classes and working with 1:1 clients. After taking a break, I’m now back and focused more on the well-being and fitness for health aspect.
Pilates, Meditation, Sleep, Yoga Breathing, Yoga Nidra, Laughter Yoga and Natural Mindfulness all provide enormous health benefits, whilst improving fitness. These are available via various sessions, including 1:1, workshops, classes, courses.
I have personally benefitted from every technique I teach – which is why I’m so keen to share these with you. They all support stress relief and improved health, both mentally and physically, creating a healthier, fitter, and happier lifestyle.
Based in Blaby, Leicestershire, I work in person with local individuals, groups and companies, but can also offer online sessions via Zoom if you’re further afield.
My sessions are suitable for both men and women, aged 18+. All fitness levels are welcome. No previous experience required. Everybody works at their own level, with adaptations and progressions offered throughout. I provide a wide variety of exercises. 1:1 sessions are personalised to meet your own requirements. Releasing stress, you’ll feel energised and rejuvenated, physically and mentally.
