Hi, I’m Sarah – a certified Holistic Health & ADHD Coach, and founder of Balance with Sarah.

I’m a mum in my forties, living with ADHD, and I know first-hand how exhausting, overwhelming, and misunderstood motherhood with ADHD can feel.

That’s why I support mums with ADHD who are tired of burnout, chaos, and self-criticism to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control – at home, at work, and in themselves.

Through my 1:1 coaching programmes and on-off sessions, I provide simple, ADHD-friendly tools, compassionate support, and practical strategies that fit real life.
